We want you to be fully satisfied with your Palladium purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
